Shipping
All Health Hertz devices are dispatched from Shenzhen, China via 4PX International Logistics using their Standard Registered (OH) service — a tracked, signed international courier service for electronics. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Tracking numbers are sent to your order email address as soon as your parcel is scanned by 4PX. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.
Delivery Estimates by Region
The following are typical transit times from Shenzhen. These are estimates — actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on customs clearance and local postal conditions.
Australian deliveries are zoned by postcode. Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide) typically arrive at the lower end of the estimate. Remote and rural postcodes may take up to 15 business days.
Customs & Import Duties
Health Hertz devices ship internationally from China. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
In most countries, small personal electronics below a de minimis threshold are cleared without additional charges — for example, AUD $1,000 in Australia and NZD $1,000 in New Zealand. Both the Ripple (USD $79) and Shimmer (USD $249) are well below these thresholds.

Digital Guide (EPUB)
Health Hertz: An Incomplete Guide to Healing Frequencies is delivered digitally as an EPUB file. A download link is sent to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed — no waiting required.
The EPUB is compatible with Kindle (via the Send to Kindle app), Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo, and any standard EPUB reader on phone, tablet, or computer.
If you did not receive your download link, please check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend it promptly.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Health Hertz device. If you are not, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order reference and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions.
Digital products (the EPUB guide purchased separately) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, as the content is delivered immediately upon purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Please include a photo of the damage or a description of the fault when you contact us — this helps us resolve your case as quickly as possible.
